The Torah, Week by Week
by Chaia Kravitz
Parashot (parasha, singular), are the
weekly portions of the Torah that are studied each Shabbat.
Year after year these words are read over in a cycle that accompanies
the Feasts of the Lord. Here is a breakdown of the yearly cycle, with
Parasha names and Scripture verses. For Messianic Believers, suggested readings
from the Brit Chadasha (New Testament) have been included.
